Each building had a unique orientation, so making sure all of the buildings underground trades tied together was critical. Design and coordinate three individual building types simultaneously while construction was ongoing created timing and phasing issues. Tight spaces above the finished ceiling and structural obstacles such as low beams and elevator shafts created unique problems to solve.

With the orientation of each building being different creating a detailed model showing all underground piping was crucial to CCS successfully tying all the trades into one and other. Keeping up with our schedules and communicating with the field allowed for a smooth transition between coordination and installation. Having all trades involved during the coordination meetings gave CCS the ability to work through all the collisions and come up with a route that worked for everyone.
