Each building had a unique orientation, so making sure all of the buildings underground trades tied together was critical. Design and coordinate three individual building types simultaneously while construction was ongoing created timing and phasing issues. Tight spaces above the finished ceiling and structural obstacles such as low beams and elevator shafts created unique problems to solve.
